Yes. A permit is an exemption from having an FBI NICS check performed but per federal law, a ATF form 4473 must be completed for all firearm transactions from an FFL.

You must contact the Sheriffs office of the county where you reside. Many sheriff websites will allow you to apply online for either one of these permits.

Yes. We process private sales between two individuals in accordance with ATF regulations.

At this time we do not sell online. Please give me a call, shoot me a text or email and I would be happy to get you a price on whatever item(s) you want. Most items in stock at our wholesalers can be in stock within 1-2 business days.

Since we don't have the large overhead costs such as lease, insurance and other costs associated with having a storefront, we can offer great pricing on firearms and accessories. That being said, since profit margins are so low, if you want to pay with a credit/debit card then there will be a 3% fee added.

These items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns) are restricted under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and require additional steps to aquire. These steps include paying a tax stamp, filling out an ATF Form 4 and submitting fingerprints and a photo. Once submitted, the ATF will either approve or deny your application. In the past, the ATF evaluation process has taken a year or more. At the time of this writing (Aug 2025) the time is approx 2-3 weeks. If approved, you can take possession of the item(s). Please contact us for more info on how this works.
