FIREARMS TRANSFER REQUEST

***Please read these instructions carefully and then complete this form in its entirety.***

 

• We provide firearm transfers from online purchases or other licensed dealers.
• Transfers can only be completed to the person listed on the product invoice.
• Customer must be of legal age and an Iowa resident with a valid Iowa driver’s license or other government issued identification card that shows their current address.
• Customer must posess a valid Iowa permit to aquire, permit to carry OR pass a criminal background check before receiving your transfer.
• If the customer fails the criminal background check, no one else will be able to pick up the firearm and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the firearm back to the original seller.

 

Please only complete this form after you have made your purchase. Once this form is completed, we will send the seller a copy of our FFL. Once we receive your item we will call or email you to schedule a time for you to complete the transfer. Delivery of your item to us does not indicate it's ready to be picked up. How the transfer process works:

 

    1) Purchase the item

    2) Complete the form below

    3) We send the seller a copy of our FFL

    4) The seller ships the item

    5) Once we receive it, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time

 

Fees - There is a 3% discount if paid via cash

 

• Handgun or long gun - $25.75
• Each subsequent item (from same FFL on same day) - $15.45

• NFA items - $107 each (NFA items must be certified within 90 days from date of arrival or item will be forfeited).
